Curso para niños/as de 6 a 12 años

Introduction

In this windsurfing course, students are not required to have any prior sailing experience. They will be taught the basics to start controlling the board from scratch. They will begin by acquiring their first skills on the beach with the instructor nearby, and then progress to the sea, where the instructor will supervise the activity from a support RIB.

This is the ideal course for more active and enthusiastic children.

Who is it for:

Children aged 6 to 12 in 2026.

Activity Schedule:

10:00 – 10:15: Arrival of students
10:15 – 13:15: Sailing session
13:15 – 13:30: Equipment collection and end of the activity

Once a week or fortnight, students will also take part in a Marine Education talk in collaboration with the Palma Aquarium Foundation.

Additional Activities:

Educational Workshop / Fishing: 9:00 – 10:00. Includes English activities, introduction to fishing, and crafts.
Swimming: 9:00 – 10:00 in the pool. More experienced students, at the instructor’s discretion, may swim in open water.
Morning early care: 8:00 – 9:00
Midday care: 13:30 – 14:30 (lunch not included)
Afternoon care: 15:00 – 16:00
Lunch service: 13:30 – 15:00

Duration and Dates

The course takes place during the summer season, from June 23rd to September 5th, 2025. Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30.

Required Equipment for Students:

Students must come equipped with a swimsuit and T-shirt, sunscreen, towel, cap, and a change of clothes. Students must bring their own snack and water bottle. There will be a short break during the morning for snacks.

Registration Deadlines and Admission Criteria

A payment of €50 per child is required to confirm the online reservation. The registration deadline is one week (calendar days) before the course start date. Fortnights will be closed once full. Students who do not secure a place in their desired period may join a waiting list in strict chronological order.

Applicable Discounts

Registrations completed and paid before May 31st, 2026, will receive a 5% discount on the total fee. Members, children of members, and grandchildren of members can benefit from the special members’ rate. A 10% sibling discount applies to the total registration, including additional activities (excluding lunch service). A 10% discount applies to the second and subsequent fortnights, including additional activities, for students enrolled in more than one period. The maximum applicable discount is 15%. Prices are VAT exempt.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation with 15 days’ notice: 100% refund of the course fee. Cancellation with 7 days’ notice: 50% refund of the course fee. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice: no refund. In case of a medical emergency, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.
