Curso Paddle surf y Kayak dirigido a niños de 8 a 12 años.

Introduction

This course is designed to introduce students to paddle surfing and kayaking. The instructor will accompany them throughout the activity, teaching paddling techniques while incorporating exercises and games to improve coordination and balance on the board.

This is the ideal course for students who want to enjoy the sea without having to manage a sail.

Who is it for:

Children aged 8 to 13 in 2026.

Activity Schedule:

10:30 – 10:45: Arrival of students
10:45 – 13:15: Water session
13:15 – 13:30: Equipment collection and end of the activity

The course takes place at Es Caló de Sant Antoni beach, next to the “Es Caló Surf School” beach bar. However, the meeting point for drop-off and pick-up will be at the sailing porch.

Once a week or fortnight, students will also take part in a Marine Education talk in collaboration with the Palma Aquarium Foundation.

Additional Activities:

Educational Workshop / Fishing: 9:00 – 10:00. Includes English activities, introduction to fishing, and crafts.
Swimming: 9:00 – 10:00 in the pool. More experienced students, at the instructor’s discretion, may swim in open water.
Morning early care: 8:00 – 9:00
Midday care: 13:30 – 14:30 (lunch not included)
Afternoon care: 15:00 – 16:00
Lunch service: 13:30 – 15:00

Duration and Dates

The course takes place during the summer season, from June 22nd to September 4th, 2026. Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30.

Required Equipment for Students:

Students must come equipped with a swimsuit and T-shirt, sunscreen, towel, cap, and a change of clothes. Students must bring their own snack and water bottle. There will be a short break during the morning for snacks.

Registration Deadlines and Admission Criteria

A payment of €50 per child is required to confirm the online reservation. The registration deadline is one week (calendar days) before the course start date. Fortnights will be closed once full. Students who do not secure a place in their desired period may join a waiting list in strict chronological order.

Applicable Discounts

Members, children of members, and grandchildren of members can benefit from the special members’ rate. Registrations completed and paid before May 31st, 2026, will receive a 5% discount on the total fee, including additional activities (excluding lunch service). A 10% sibling discount applies to the total registration, including additional activities (excluding lunch service). A 10% discount applies to the second and subsequent fortnights, including additional activities, for students enrolled in more than one period (this discount does not apply to lunch service). The maximum applicable discount is 15%. Prices are VAT exempt (except for the lunch service).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation with 15 days’ notice: 100% refund of the course fee. Cancellation with 7 days’ notice: 50% refund of the course fee. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice: no refund. In case of a medical emergency, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of a medical certificate.
