Presentation
The multi-activity course offers a fun and engaging experience in the world of water sports for children who are curious about discovering different nautical activities. All activities are adapted to age and skill level, with a structured program that balances enjoyment with real learning in the marine environment.
With small groups and a team of professional instructors, this course becomes much more than just a program: it’s a summer adventure that leaves a lasting impression.
It is the ideal course to get started in the world of water sports.
Who is it for:
- Children aged 6 to 12 (in 2026). No previous experience is required.
What do we do?
- Individual sailing (Optimist, Bug, RS): Students learn how to rig the boat, sailing posture and balance, sheet and rudder control, tacking and basic points of sail. Simple circuits with an emphasis on independence and safety.
- Team sailing (Gamba, Lúdic): Teamwork development through roles such as skipper, bow and sheets. Coordination in manoeuvres, onboard communication, mini-regattas and rotating roles so everyone can try each position.
- Windsurfing: Balance on the board and sail handling to control speed.
- Paddle Surf / Kayak: Short courses with buoys and games to build confidence and course control. Balance and paddling technique. Short trips and cooperative games.
- Big SUP: Group coordination and balance to control a large board together.
- Beach games: Fun and engaging activities on the sand, including orientation games.
Development of the activity:
- 10:00 to 10:15: Student arrival
- 10:15 to 13:15: Activity of the day / Students rotate through all activities during the week
- 13:15 to 13:30: Equipment collection and end of the activity
Once a week, there is a Marine Education talk in collaboration with Fundación Palma Aquarium.
Additional Activities:
- Educational Workshop / Fishing: 9:00 to 10:00. English activity, introduction to fishing and crafts.
- Swimming: 9:00 to 10:00 in the pool. More experienced students, if the instructor decides, may swim in open water.
- Early drop-off service: 8:00 to 9:00
- Midday care service: 13:30 to 14:30 (lunch not included)
- Afternoon care service: 15:00 to 16:00
- Lunch service: 13:30 to 15:00
Duration and dates
The course takes place during the summer season, starting on June 22nd and ending on September 4th, 2026. Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30.
Required equipment for students:
Students must come equipped with a swimsuit and T-shirt, sunscreen, towel, closed-toe shoes, cap and a change of clothes.
Students must bring their own snack and water bottle. There is a mid-morning break on the water for snacks.
Registration deadlines and admission criteria
- A payment of €50 per child must be made to complete the online reservation.
- The registration deadline is up to one week (calendar days) before the course starts.
- Fortnight periods will close as they become full. Students who do not obtain a place in their desired period may join a waiting list in strict chronological order.
Applicable discounts on the registration fee
- Registrations completed and paid before May 31st, 2026, will receive a 5% discount on the total fee.
- Members, children of members and grandchildren of members can benefit from the special member rate.
- A 10% sibling discount is applied to the total registration fee, including additional activities, except lunch.
- A 10% discount is applied to the second and subsequent fortnights, including additional activities, for students enrolled in more than one period.
- The maximum applicable discount is 15%.
- Prices are VAT exempt.
Refund policy
- A 100% refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance.
- A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance.
- No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance.
- In case of a medical emergency, the full course fee will be refunded upon presentation of a medical certificate.
